Had my nails done, extremely rough, bent my fingers horribly, burned my nails with the dremel tool, cut my cuticuls to close and made me bleed . Was extremely rude, telling me to stop moving when they bent my fingers wrong. I was in pain. MY FINGERS DONT BEND BACKWARDS. And after all this I was still made to pay full. Worse place to get nails done. never coming back

I didnt like it at all my nails where put on crooked and i asked for square and they looked really big and bulky. When i sat down to get my nails done they lady kept walking off and made me pay a $15 dollar tip without a warning at the beginning and didn't even deserve a tip from how poorly they were done

Found their customer service to be extremely poor. Walked in to have my nails done - old SNS removed and new SNS set fitted. I was seated and the removal process was commenced. From this point I was left waiting whilst other customers were attended to. Approximately 50 minutes later and after no further attendance from staff I decided to walk out, with my fingers still wrapped in foils. ☹️

Left waiting ages between Mani & pedi, made an absolute mess of my nails, they slapped the polish on, no care factor. I asked them to fix them, they just made them worse. Took 2hrs for the most awful & disappointing mani & pedi. Save yourself the headache & loss of money and go elsewhere!!!

Got a pedicure, which consisted of exfoliating my legs and top of my feet, cleaned the bottom of my feet and painted my nails. They didn’t remove or treat the dead skin on the bottom of my feet at all. Maybe I should have asked as it was an extra but for $60 (55 with shellac and an extra 5 for french tips) I thought it was included. I was very disappointed. Probably won’t go back there.
