I absolutely love this place (despite being impossible to get an appointment unless you call 3 weeks in advance). I've been there for shellac Mani and Amy did such a wonderful job. She was gentle with my nails and the manicure without using the drill or abrasive material. She took the time to shape them perfectly so they look natural with no weird shapes or sharp edges. This is my favourite nail shop in Sydney.

The Parlour Room is next level. I am a long term client and wouldn't go anywhere else. I am always extremely happy with all treatments I receive & often get comments on the condition of my nails etc. All the Parlour Room girls are super friendly and take great care of every client & have amazing attention to detail with all treatments. Not only that it is also a beautiful space to hang out in.

Had a lash lift for the first time and could not happier with the results! The staff took so much care in the application and the salon is such a beautiful space for any treatments. Will definitely be back!

The Parlour Room decimated my eyebrows. I asked for a tint and tidy without changing the shape of the eyebrows. I walked out with wonky 1990s tadpole-shaped eyebrows. Half the thickness, completely reshaped and uneven. They weren’t even tidied up! I’m not sure if they’ll grow back properly as it took years for them to fill out.I called to give my feedback. The receptionist said they’d call back. I didn’t hear anything. That was a month ago.

Amazing local salon - love their spray tans, had Hannah today who was fabulous as always but all the girls are great. Perfect for a group session if you want to catch up while getting your mani pedi, had a couple of birthdays and baby showers here too. It’s a really beautiful space especially out the back. Will keep coming back.

Disappointed. This was my fourth visit to the parlour room for nails. I had gel nails done overseas and wanted them professionally removed and a simple manicure. While removal was smooth my nails are weak and were filed too much and have now been breaking off two days after an expensive manicure. Also it’s irritating to have to buy a nail file set for each visit as I had left mine at home. It feels like you are being charged for every little thing. Not convinced it’s worth it.

Such a great first time experience doing a lash lift + brow tint, was super comfortable throughout the whole process and the staff were very professional. I would definitely go back and recommend to others, and how can you not love the interiors of the salon! Stunning.

I saw Grainne for a brow lamination and lash lift and she was incredible! I was hesitant to try someone new after 10 years of going to the same place but I’m so glad I did. The results were incredible and she was a delight to be around from start to finish. thank you so much for your amazing work xx

I have been very happy with the girls service but unfortunately I genuinely didn’t realise I had an appointment as the reminder had gone to unknown messages and a week later I see $ 90 taken out of my credit card , the response from the girl on the other end of the phone was very disappointing . I also work in retail for a luxury brand and would have resolved the issue as I have had facials and spry tans and nails and never not turned up . Also what concerns me that they have your credit details with all this hacking of credit cards and customer information

Hands down the best nail salon in Sydney! The girls are always so lovely and professional, the salon's vibe is relaxing and beautiful, and I always walk out loving my nails. I've been a client for 4 years and counting. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for amazing service and experience.
