I will never use another web-host after this- Not only because of the ease of use and good price- but because of the exceptional help from Alejandro. His attention to detail, great communication skills and effort into achieving my goals were beyond all reasonable expectations. Best customer service I've ever received, hands down. Had a lot of questions about getting a server from them but I spoke with a 'Cole F' and he was very helpful in answering all of my questions and giving me a push in the right direction when I was unsure of where I needed to go as my first time looking into servers. Awesome job and I really appreciated quick the help.

I've been using shockbyte for my minecraft server hosting for years and they've always been really good with quick support and they have great rates and excellent servers! My most recent bit of support from Emil was quick and he was very helpful!

Without a doubt, the worst online server host I've ever tried.They offer no support, never answer support tickets, and will make it extremely difficult to cancel. My server was down for days, they never answered any support tickets (I have screenshots of the open tickets after 59 hours of being open) They give you the option to expedite the support ticket for 3 dollars. After I requested a service cancellation, they have communicated with me via email several times.I was able to use the server for 1 day before the crashes started. I thought perhaps it was an oxide plugin I installed, so I removed them, changed the map seed and restarted the server; to no avail. I put in a support ticket, and they have still not responded to the ticket. However, they have sent me several emails and have not confirmed my cancellation request. I fully anticipate a huge headache getting them to cancel this service. I would not recommend this server hosting service. When you do need to restart your server, be prepared to wait approximately 10 minutes for it to restart.

Their Minecraft servers are terrible. After I canceled my server they stopped responding to my tickets, even though I had weeks left before my plan ended. There are far better options, go somewhere else

Alejandro M was good help and very fast to answer unlike recent tickets i have made! I recommend anyone to buy a minecraft server, they are very good and pricing is good.
