I used their services several times for the installation/check of our baby capsules and car seats. Without exception their staff have always been super friendly and generous regarding their time and advice given. It's also handy that they can sell you additional parts (brackets or similar) at a reasonable price to ensure the best fit.

I can't say enough good things about Kidsafe. On two separate occasions they installed and checked my car seat for free! This service is so incredibly helpful at a time when money is at its tightest. The staff are lovely and happy to answer all your questions. They've really gone above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fantastic service! It was truly a pleasure to watch Aaron methodically fit my two children's carseats and provide helpful tips to assist with future installations. I now have peace of mind my kids are safe. Worth every cent and was a smooth process from booking to driving away. Highly recommend.

Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Advice on the different types of seats and why some might suit you and your child better, depending on your needs.They take the time to explain how to use & adjust the seat with a hands-on tutorial for you. Pro tip - buy your car seat from them & they don’t charge for the installation. Their seat prices are higher (as they don’t have the buying power of Target etc) but this is offset as you don’t pay for the install. Highly recommend.

I hired a baby seat for my grand niece’s visit to Brisbane. The capsule was immaculate and the service installation and attention to detail so appreciated. On the return the same attention applied. The staff were excellent.

The ladies who did my check were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to show me how to correctly install the seats to ensure my kids were safe even if the seats needed to be moved later on and how to properly adjust harness and use booster seat when the time comes.

Thank you so much for your help fitting our baby seat for our Great Niece and NephewI feel so much safer knowing it was done by a professional as the manual was a challenge.I booked on line with no problem at all for a place handy to me then I got a bonus of a call saying there was a cancellation for an earlier dateEvery step was explained and I was shown how to adjust and remove the seatAlso knowing that when it is time to change the setup I can call again

Excellent experience today at a free Kidsafe/Transurban car seat check in a shopping centre today. I wanted a general check/query about a twisted strap and the installer quickly found a major, and dangerous issue with both of my kids seats use of anchor points. They quickly fixed this alongside my original query. The booking system for this service is terrible, but they take walk ins and there was no wait.
