The WORST experience ever. I walked into the store around 12:30pm on 14 August and there were no customers in the store, apart from 3 sales assistants standing at the desk chatting (Not about anything to do with work). I was in the store for 5-10 minutes and was not spoken to once. I walked around the entire store and even about a metre from where the staff were and was still not addressed. Very disappointing as I wanted to make a purchase but decided not to after the experience.

Bought a pair of jeans for $130, got home to realise the stitching wasn't done properly and they were already starting pull apart. Took the jeans back the following day with all tags still on and receipt, one staff member was rude accusing me of ripping them when I tried them on. After explaining to her that they weren't ripped and hadn't been stitched properly to begin with, she continued accusing me of ripping them while trying them on. Another staff member (much nicer than this one) was easier to deal with and finally let me swap them with another pair. I've bought about 10 pairs of jeans from Guess but this will be the last with that kind of customer service.

Have shopped here many times, always fabulous. Beautiful store layout. Cassandra was just lovely. I grabbed some fabulous deals also with great sale 14/12. Just really love brand & staff. Very happy.
