Great customer service - both in store and on site! We had a pool cover installed (very good quality). As we only recently purchased the home we had a few questions re the pool. The technician was very knowledgeable of our pool as he had serviced it in the past. He was more than happy to show us the ins and outs and answer what I called stupid questions". Highly Recommend"

Would recommend this business to anyone needing professional advice & great service too. On my visit staff were friendly and helpful and there was a lot of quality products available too. Service charges were reasonable also. Definitely come back again.

Hands down the most easy to deal with pool store to visit on the Fraser Coast!! Knowledgeable helpful service, with everything you need.Have helped me bounce back from a full pool renovation quickly. Poolside Wide Bay Pool and Spa
DO NOT USE this place if you want a pool safety certificate. The inspector has no integrity or accountability. I am not the first to be mislead by this particular inspector. The place might be ok for regular pool requirements but definitely not for compliance.
