My one week at Maxenergy has put me on a fitness and reduced weight regime that i never thought possible,71 years of age and literally jumping out of my skin.I just can't wait to see the results in another three weeks particularly weight loss,as Alex candidly said on the first day,you do the hard work you see results,it's that simple.No hard sell at Maxenergy with frivilious paperwork and irrelevant procedures, just a run down on what suits your needs and you are literally into it.Stringent on Covid 19 with regard to sanitizer on hands and machines which is vital presently.See you there,recommend it highly.

This is great gym. Awesome, supportive trainers and friendly clientele. Highly recommended for all stages of fitness and fantastic for injury recovery. If you;re looking for a trainer who will actually listen to you and keep you motivated, Alex is the best in town.

If you want to be trained by someone who genuinely cares about you kicking those goals this is where you need to be. If you don't like crowds, this is just the spot. 24/7 access for members in a clean well maintained space, undercover well lit parking on the quiet side of town. Ask anyone who goes here, they absolutely love this place and the people who make it more like a family.

I restarted my fitness journey last year by joining Maxenergy Fitness and wow what a difference it has made.I have lots 24kg but even better I feel fitter and healthier. My kids and friends keep telling me how great I look thanks so much Alex!
