The booking process was very difficult and I have decided to go somewhere else.I booked an appointment online and received 4x emails and 3x texts in confirmation of the appointment. I arrived at the appointment (via Zoom) and the accountant didn't show up.I called the office the next day and they said the accountant was sick - which is perfectly reasonable, but there was no notification or follow up of this.I booked another appointment over the phone and then two days later I received a confirmation email for the wrong date and time. I cancelled this appointment, but still got called at that appointment time when I wasn't available.Not going to waste my time trying to rebook.
