X-Ray & Imaging Caloundra

My mother has had a biopsy on her neck today & no anaesthetic cream was used. What poor effort to avoid pain for unwell patients.

Took my son for an ultrasound this afternoon and everyone we interacted were simply amazing and so friendly.He is not the easiest patient in the world but no one was fazed and made us feel so at ease, thank you for the truly wonderful experience.

Very professional COVID safe service. Recently had steroid injections into my lower back. Thank you to the Doctor that did the procedure also a special thank you for Rebecca, your kindness was greatly appreciated.

Chelsea & Lorraine at the the branch in Caloundra are beautiful! They went above and beyond for me.From my conversation over the phone & checking in on arrival with Lorraine, then Chelsea for my proceedure, she was so friendly and kind to me throughout it all. They are both amazing!!!

Had my X-Ray done for my surgeon. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The lady who done the X-Ray was unfriendly, and seemed like she had had a bad day, was in my opinion rough in handling me and I would refuse to let her do another scan on me ever in the future.

A wonderful place! When you go in for the brain scan and other scans they instantly welcome you in like they know you! Made sure you were comfy and warm. Told you what you were going to hear, how long it was going to take, and all the different sections of the scans. Not scary at all! They work so hard to keep you safe while trying to see what’s wrong with you. (There most likely isn’t anything wrong with you, just to see if there are any threats in your body/head.)

Went for a steroid injection in my back yesterday, the reception staff were warm and friendly. The CT radiographer was friendly and she explained everything so well and asked if I had any questions. Next the injection, I was so nervous but the Radiologist Andrew Langford chatted to me throughout and put my mind at ease, and after it was done I don’t know what I was so worried about. I had to wait about 20 mins after my injection in reception as I had an issue (not related to the injection) and the lovely CT radiographer checked on me twice and offered assistance. Exemplary care, which is so rare these days. Very highly recommended XRI Caloundra.

Brendan on Morayfield looked after me for my steroid injection. He explained everything perfectly and made me feel at ease as I was a little nervous. The ladies at the front desk are also great! So helpful
