We came here on the off chance last year as the office reopened after covid.We met the most amazing Travel agent Fiona who has been an absolute marvel, Fiona has now organized 5 cruises including airfares all over the world, including hotels and side trips for us, Fiona has made travelling for us a breezeFiona is so efficient, warm and personable we couldn’t recommend her and the flight centre staff in Norwood highly enough

Beware!!! We bought air ticket in Flightceter. It cost almost $2000. because of covid Government control can't fly. So we need to Refund ticket but Flightceter refused to refund my ticket. I tried to talk to them but they didn't listen to me at all. I'm very helpless.

Appalling service, The agent that booked my 6 leg international business flights went on leave without sending itinerary/boarding passes. I had to chase these up. When I called to check check in times I was told the person that did the booking wasn't there and the other agents wouldn't take responsibility for this due to sick leave etc. I will not use this agency again
