Been going for a year now, lost 20 kgs, got fit. Graeme is the best, flexible with his times when he can be, and his personal home garage gym is fully equipped and allows for completely private workouts without others hogging equipment. Fully recommend.

I needed some rehab after some health issues, he was very understanding and patient with me. He was professional and I felt safe and comfortable. Reasonably priced.
