I was very impressed by the quality of work and professionalism of this company. In a remarkably short time, our new patio was installed, and throughout the process I experienced friendly and personal service from Trueline. They went out of their way to address my questions and offer patient, helpful advice. It was a very pleasant surprise to have the job completed before Christmas, and the end result is excellent. Very good product, customer service, tradesmen and well organised. The only negative was the lack of communication about the amount of additional product (and cost) that was to be supplied as a 'just in case' for product damages identified on delivery or in construction. Communications about the additional product we were paying for, would have given us the opportunity to consider if the extra product could be used elsewhere by us or used by friends or family.
