Very happy with our overall experience with Urban Consultants. After being advised by our local council that we should engage the services of a town planner to help organise a DA for an unapproved structure on our property, we sought out Urban Consultants. Ash managed everything from start to finish, kept us updated regularly and made the whole process stress-free.

I came across Maxine by chance, and to be completely honestly didn’t quite understand what a town planner did, and certainly had no idea that it would be the best decision we ever made to hire one for our second build. If your build has to be submitted to council for DA approval, you need a town planner! From what I have witnessed with our estate it’s simply not enough to use your builder for submission as it’s not their area of expertise, communication from council can be easily lost in translation and so it saves all the confusion and grey area. Maxine is straightforward, beyond knowledgable, dogged and highly experienced. Ash is practical, a great communicator and very approachable. Clearly, I could not recommend their services more highly. Thanks to the team, our dream home is a reality.
