Tim has been providing me exceptional care for nearly 6 months, 3 times a week (post knee surgeries)! 66 visits later, I can't relate to any of negative reviews that I've read here. Both Tim and his team have always been professional, welcoming and friendly.I was definitely not the average patient given the injury and complication" that I went through

The team at orthosports physiotherapy is very thorough with their assessments and they provide an insight into the condition they are treating. Their advice is very professional and easy to follow to get the best outcome possible.The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I always recommend the practice for all my family and friends.

For the last 15 years, Tim Neville and the team at Orthosports Physio have helped rehabilitate various injuries I sustained from skiing and motorbike accidents as well as helping with my wife’s broken shoulder and restoring full movement. I could not recommend them highly enough! The staff on reception are always friendly and very helpful.

I’ve been visiting this practice for a few years and have to say that the reception staff are so professional and welcoming. Tim has been instrumental in helping me manage my back pain. I couldn’t ask for a better physio. Have recommended all my family and friends.

Something off here. When l questioned owner about negative reviews over admin staff my concerns dismissed and gaslighted. No explanation given but an evasive answer. lf you can't be honest in business that's what is called a RED flag!

Meant to write this review some time ago, sorry for the lag.I attended Orthosports Physio and saw Tim with complaints on of back pain. Tim was quick to identify, I didnt have a Muscular issue, but another medical issue that would be best dealt with by urgent medical attention by the GP.Tim asked who my regular doctor was and called them pulling a few strings and got me an appointment for about 1/2 hours time.I saw the doctor, received some medication before the condition worsned, it was fantastic. If Tim hadn't already done enough, he even called me a few days later to check in that I was on the mend and doing OK.Tim isnt just a Physio doing his job. He really cared as a professional and showed genuine concern as human. A quality that isnt the most common these days. Thank you Tim, couldnt provide a higher recommendation.

Tim Neville and his team has helped me few years ago to get back on my feet with care, empathy, professionalism and life long experience managing my injury with exceptional knowledge. I recently faced another set back in my life and I am happy that Tim and his team are there again for me. From the friendly and professional receptionist which is always happy to assist with my enquiries to Tim Neville himself, I would recommend this practice to anyone in need of proper care without any doubt.

Dr Doron Sher and his team are the very best!I had a knee operation and the work done was fantastic!Reception staff were always very helpful and understanding.In contrast two letters arrived from Concord Hospital one week after my surgery. The first to advise that I need to wait about a year for surgery and the second to advise that I had been removed from the waiting list!

Staff here are excellent - caring, patient focused and with loads of experience and background. An absolutely excellent team - if you have an injury that requires physiotherapy this is the place to come.

Funny! 4 of us in a cafe and all of us will never recommend this practise only because of the very rude receptionist! The doctors are ok, the physios, well, just physios but ... She is garstly and there are many choices in this area. Never again!
