Unpleasant experience.....Not recommended for first home buyers.

Nice display but pricey

Very deceptive company, first question they will ask you is have you build a home before, if the answer is no, they will start to rip you off. Not a trustworthy, the sales person will spend time with you to gain your trust, then hand over you to the mercy of the builder, they do what they like without proper supervision and the house will take whatever time they want to build, as they have enough excuses and you can not communicate with the supervisor. They do not deliver on time nor on quality. Be careful with the finish, first think to discuss is colour selection and the level of the finish. I had awful experience with them, never wish it for anybody else to have same. They never give you the right advise on the quality or the finish or the architect or colour selection, so you spend on your house, but you end up with a value less than what you spent, if you care about the outcome, shop around and be careful.
