Chinchilla vets staff as always are very friendly, helpful and will take the time to discuss any concerns. Have a selection of food, collars, leads, treats etc as well (I always get the pigs ears or trotters for my GSP, well priced too)

Bought my new dog that was adopted from a shelter so Ruby was very scared. They took the time to put me at ease while they gave her a heartworm injection. Every time I have a question about my animal care they are my first call. Very caring vets with a wealth of knowledge

The staff where so caring and understanding with having taken two dogs in with snake bits they did everything they could to make the dogs comfortable and helped me be at ease by ringing me each morning and night to let me know the dogs conditions.I do highly recommend chinchilla vets.It is such a nice place set back of chinchilla in a bush land

Gone are the days where veterinarians actually cared about animals, I have contacted this clinic for advice many times over the years up until quite recently and every time it has been the same, before expressing any interest in the wellbeing of the pet they go straight to money, they offer no assistance or payment arrangements for families that can't immediately fork out $1000+ during the most financially trying part of the year just as a deposit to begin treating the animal. If upfront payment can't be made, the animal will be left to die.

Our dog Buddy saw Emily today. She was very caring and very informative as to ways to help his eye to heal. We are only passing through Chinchilla and the service we received was exceptional. Would highly recommend.
