We have used this store a lot in the past 2 years. The reason we keep going back and put our adult children onto A1 is due to the outstanding old fashioned owner operated personal service.This is now our one stop shop for all furniture and our adult children now use them. Their furniture quality is not only better but also cheaper than the big brand stores out there. Will always go to A1 First for all furniture.

Extremely happy with my purchase and the service I had received from the staff at A1. Had shopped around for a few months, had a specific style in mind, A1 was by far the cheapest, and were not pushy with their sales when I was in store. They were extremely helpful, delivered my furniture the next day, aside from a table they were waiting on from suppliers. Very happy with the quality of the lounge and furniture!

We purchased our lounge suite and can only say how happy we were with the service provided. The lounge was ordered and quickly delivered and the follow up service was more than we could have hoped for. We are very happy with our new lounge. Highly recommended this store and will be going back to purchase further items for our new house!

Initial service was helpful and friendly, overcharged us so they did the delivery free. However the item was in my view faulty and have spent 3 months trying tp get a warranty claim for a repair or replacement.Took the matter to Fair Trading and the store continues to find reasons why not to honour the warranty. Even after being instructed by Fair Trading that it is a return to place of purchase. End of story.So it appears to be great till they have your cash then fight till ya drop to be able to claim a warranty.

My partner and I went to the store several times looking for specific bedroom furniture. After going the first time we didn't bother looking anywhere else as they had such a huge range of quality furniture. We found something we loved in one of the catalogues and were able to have it ordered in within the week. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend everyone to check out if you can't find something you love at the bigger retailers.

Very helpful when I asked about having my lounge custom made to fit my living room. Also bought a bed and mattress at bargain price and it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever owed! Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Trista was fantastic helping us furnish our new home. We decided when we built we wanted to support a local small business when furnishing our new house. The customer service we received was outstanding and above the standard of the big chain furniture stores. Highly recommended to go and use A1. Went out of her way to meet our very fussy needs. 10/10

Bought a adjustable bed from A1 furniture and cannot believe how good it is I shopped around and looked everywhere and the one I got was $1,000 cheaper than at Harvey Norman and better quality.Delivery was included in the price up two flights of stairs and they installed the bed

The only place around here you can buy decent sized furniture at a real price. Their stuff is well made too. Only issue I've had is they got my coffee table wrong but they did work to fix it.
