Ok so not a great start to the relationship when I booked it in and after the agreed two hours nothing had been done. To their credit I was phoned after lodging some feedback and a new date was set. From my viewpoint watching the guys completing the job, it looks good. Nice to see that feedback is taken seriously and this alone is enough for me to say thanks. I’ll be a regular customer going forward.

The service is exceptional. I bought a very old car that no one washes it for ages. Kulmeet can manage to make it look so clean and fresh. Definitely recommended. Probably nest car wash in town!!

bundaberg... I left a very poor review on 9jun2023, this review has been taken down. Vehicle was left for 4 hours, No work was done, attendant was stumbling, bleary eyed and incoherent.

My parents took their car here to be cleaned inside & washed. First they complained about the grass on the mats then when the car was picked up the mats were missing we realised when we got home. Drove 50mins back into town 2 days later for a brush off of we will look at the CCTV & contact you back. Contacted 2 more times for no joy. Will never use or recommend Majestic 1 car wash to anyone. Be careful if you take your vehicle here as they are dishonest in their dealings with you!
