Annie, the lady who served us got the order wrong. We notice that after we walked way from the store. When I went back to the store not more than 5 mins after, she insisted that she NEVER gets the orders wrong and was always 100% sure. She made us look as if we were lying for a $6 Pretzel.Very poor customer service and lost a customer for a simple apology!0 out of 5 stars.

Got the original pretzel but it tastes a bit plain compared to Aunty Anne’s pretzel. Other flavours were not available at the time.

The food was well undercooked. Staff are NOT trained properly and expected to get everything correct straight away and then sacked when things don't go the way they haven't been shown. Disgusting. Owner gives 5 star reviews on here. Way over priced. Not worth the 1 star but can't post without.

Every time I go into Charlestown I go to Pretzel Hut and never had an issue. But today was a different experience.The young girl with blue hair who served me was extremely rude, and was hands down probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I’m not gonna bother to explain it in details, but if my business employees were like that to customers I would want to know.
