Bad customer service! I went in today to look for a bag, had things in my hand to buy and lady told me to hurry as they were closing so I thanked her for letting me know and put everything back and left only for her to murmur under her breath.. I went to Strandbags instead and got a cute Guess bag and their customer service was amazing even though they were also closing. I’ll spend my money where the customer service is welcoming and kind.

The lady who wears power glasses and also of a bigger size is so rude.. I don’t want to explain what she did but if collette doesn’t fire her then me along with my friends won’t go there..I live in Rooty Hill and I go there often. Is that the way she does customer service? Infact, she shouldn’t be allowed to do customer service job not only in Collette, but not anywhere..disgrace to humanity..she is not working for free..mannerless girl..
