I find this to be one of the worst auspost offices. Apparently they don't use tracking numbers...? Customer service poor by both men who work there. Kick them out, get some new younger friendlier staff in there....

Always friendly and helpful. We go there a lot for business purposes and the amount of times I hear them being so patient with people getting passports who haven’t read the instructions or filled out the forms properly. They amaze me.

Huge queue. Have to queue no matter if your dropping off small goods or just picking up a parcel. Makes no sense.

Very lovely and helpful staff!! I've been here many times and never experienced unfriendly service, quite the opposite. So I don't understand the negative reviews in regards to friendliness/service. Queues can be a bit longer during peak times but I've never waiting longer than 5 minutes.

Great Post office, so much to check out for gifts and homewares, and you can do your banking as well !! Staff are great and work so hard to please, they go above and beyond, customer service is still alive and well in this post office.

Incredible service! I use this post office on a daily basis and all staff members on the shop floor go beyond to help with my postage. I'm always welcomed by happy staff, the entire team have excellent customer service and beyond what I've experienced in any other store.I won't use any other post office as I appreciate excellent customer service.
