nice well maintained camp ground. unfortunately for us was an extremely hot and humidweek in a cooler period would be lovely.

Only two perm toilets for a big park. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Close to Dam. Has creek nearby. Free use of kayaks. Very shady area. Kid friendly. Poor phone reception, that's a good thing, right? No day area at dam.

It was perfect getaway and not too far from Maroochydore, will definitely come back and turn it as our favorite spot ✨

If you want quiet, apart from the birds, If you want to go off grid, this is the place to go. The creek kayaking is pure magic. Just get used to the silence. It is worth the trip just for the art work.

Noisy, with no apparent rules! Spent 2 nights there listening to music being played, drunkards chopping fire wood at 2am, and just general noise all night long. Zero enforcement of the supposed strict rules. Oh, and take your own drinking water - the water is not potable (a warning of this on their website would have been helpful...).

Great shady spot close to the dam & creek. Camp kitchen needs a reno. No hot water at taps & quite basic.

One of our favourite campsites to visit. Great location, quiet, large sites and well maintained. Only downer is the timed showers but that is understandable as they need to preserve their water stores.

The site was perfect! We went in a non-busy period so the amenities were always available and clean (3 days/2 nights for a group of 10). There are 2 bathroom facilities to accommodate visitors in different areas, both with codes to enter. Two toilets and one shower each in one of them (women's). Toilet rolls were always full. Showers are timed (4mins use; 2mins wait to reset). Although, I did get comments about the men's shower being a 3mins use;2 mins wait? Kayaking was a blast! While kayaking in the creek ended up being quite short, the small rapids made it very fun. Definitely made some pretty good memories on that creek. Wildlife is always around. A lot of smaller birds, kookaburras, and bush turkeys in the area. Also a place to dump rubbish, ash, and recyclables. Plenty of firewood, ice, and smaller items to purchase at the kiosk. The guys at the kiosk were very friendly and accommodating.
