Service at your store in Tanuda today was very poor. Your assistant couldn't even find it in myself to greet me or pass me the efpos machine to complete the sale. I will never set foot in this business again. Update it's the 16th of June and no one at stilh or Barossa Stihl shop has bothered to make contact. Clearly don't care about customer service

Went to buy a Sthil chainsaw today and after calling a lot of sthil shops i finally spoke to Richard at Sthil shop Oakbank..not only was he the cheapest but his service was excellent, Guys thanks... I will be back John

They tried to charge me $1,400 to fix my Stihl 661 chainsaw, then gave it back to me as a box full of parts and charged me $100. I've already arranged to have the same work done at Gawler Power Tools for $750. Shame, the parts guy seemed nice.

Prompt and friendly service. Not too pushy with sales or up-sell. Knew their equipment well upon inquiry and everything was competitively priced even for a semi-rural store. Bit of a wait on the phone if you call up.
