I have bought jewellery from this store when it was Alexander's Jewellers. The service was always great, as was the price. I'm pleased to say the new owners are just as good.I went in today to have the clasp on my diamond bracelet tightened, fully intending to leave it there and pay when I picked it up. Instead, one of the ladies took the bracelet inside for a minute and came out with the clasp tightened. She would not accept any payment. I will be going back. Great service.
