You should train your delivery driver not to block others business driveway when they are dropping off, it cause a lot of inconvenience to others. Very selfish, we could not access our carpark for almost 30mins. I know they have a job to do but please consider others. Photo show he block both our driveway.

Worst chips I've had In years, waited 15 minutes and was disappointed to find them undercooked, soggy and tasting like freezer water. Gave me a stomach ache. No fish on the menu that suited my dietary limitations. No suitable gluten free or allergy aware practices in place. Heard the fish is decent but was disappointed by the rest.

Its the place where you could get the fresh seafood around. The price is on the high side definitely which sounds fair enough for the quality you are getting. Opposite this premise, there is the ocean with white sands and some grassed section to relax. Do drop by.

I don't typically write reviews but these guys have really taken care of me. They always check their stock for the freshest of the sashimi grade fish; they know when the fish was caught and processed....they even know how it was caught. They always have great selection of local caught fish. I've only been less then happy once with a frozen crab...it was just a bit dry from overcooking by their source. Even though this was not their fault and they had know way of knowing, they still went well beyond the call of duty to make up for it. Thats just good business...I can't help but be a loyal customer.

Lost faith in them last week when i went to buy some salmon, some one had a bad day. Was driving past today and thought i would pop in and have another go, was informed again that i should come back early tomorrow morning. (For me it is a 200km round trip, 3×200=600km×todays diesel price is a lot to pay for 8 pieces of fish). The young lady that served me spoke to the man filleting the fish out the back and explained the situation to him, he stopped doing what he was at, pulled a salmon out of the cool room and prepped it for my order. Hat off and long live customer service, it is getting hard to find now a days. Thanks again for the great service.

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The kids meals were huge with lovely fresh white non fishy, fish. I requested grilled squid which was tender and perfectly cooked. Chips were crunchy and a large portion. I look forward to returning.

Long term customer, used to have decent fish, last few times purchased the fish stink and have been sitting in the shop for weeks.How is this even legal, major health hazard selling almost rotten fish. Maybe their business 2 business sales are better but the retail shop gets the scraps to sell off.Would be careful buying here if you value your health.

Unreal fish and chips. Often not great customer service tho; not answering phone, food sells out, close early, etc.

I go out of my way to visit Sealanes for fresh seafood. Staff are helpful and friendly and quality is excellent. They have fish and chips and other hot food available as well with batters light and portions large. There's free parking down this side of Fremantle as well and you can sit across the road in your car, at the park or in the beach to eat if the limited tables are taken. I'm a convert from that other competitor... disappointed I only made the effort to stop in a couple of years ago but consider me loyal now.
