We went there for the first time today for Mother's Day lunch. The portions were good and so was the taste.We ordered the following:- Five bean Tacos - it was good, although we had ordered the Mexican Chicken one, we still enjoyed the dish. Our rating 4.5 out of 5.- Mexican Chicken Burrito - We enjoyed this dish. Our rating 5 out of 5.- Ghee Masala Dosa and Paneer Dosa - Both were really good. The portions were generous. The taste really good. Probably the best we've had in Melbourne's west. Our rating 5 out of 5.- Pasta - Good taste and good portion. 4.5 out of 5.- Biriyani - Not to the expected taste. A bit dry and lacking in flavour. Our rating 3.5 out of 5.The chefs cook with passion which is evident in the taste and the chef/owner (I think) is very generous in his provision of sides.Our only negative was the service of the lady at the counter who also served us. Maybe a course in customer service would help, for the following reasons:1. Forgot to provide us with basic accompaniments such as water as well as the sides for the biriyani. I witnessed the chef/owner himself offer the same to other patrons.2. Overcharged us for the biriyani and was not very happy when we pointed that out.3. Displayed a negative and dismissive behaviour after interactions following point 2.All in all, we would definitely go there again. The value for money is good and the food tastes great. We will definitely give the biriyani another go.

Ever since this restaurant opened in Sanctuary lakes shopping centre, we had so many dishes starting with their creamy pastas, shallots special fried chicken and curries (goat and chicken) and every time they maintain the same quality and food is so delicious. Do yourself a favour and visit this place and give opportunity to this business to serve you the best quality food. Price is very reasonable compared to other restaurants without compromising the quality and the variety of dishes everyday under Italian, Mexican and Indian gives great choices of dishes to try and relish. This is something unique about this place.Note: do try their mixed berry milk shake and chicken 65 when they are available . It’s so good.

We are here enjoying lunch.My parents love this place so much that they have visited multiple times. This is my first time here, and it's nice to see that everyone is so happy with the food.Thank you to the staff who served everything with a happy smile, and for making our visit such a good experience. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but my parents still love Shallots so I'm sure they'll be back.

Love their food! Affordable Indian cuisine and some western options. I personally go for their Chicken Parm, Thosai Masala, Chicken 65 and Chai. 10/10 recommend!

Good place with good vibe, the south Indian food with twist of churros, ice cream, burrito, pasta and nachos works for me and the children. The spiciness level just right and the food served is tasty finger licking good. Thank you for serving us with good food in Point Cook. You have our vote!

This was our second visit. First visit was good but I was sceptical that they were putting extra effort being a brand new restaurant. But after 3 months they still have the same great service which is way ahead of any of the other similar restaurants in the vicinity. In addition, the food is great with excellent serving size. Overall, one of the best value restaurants in the area.

Nice and original south indian dishes lost in the middle of a regular café menu. Not a lot of choice but its interesting that they don't offer too much of the usual boring curries for a mall foodcourt...Had the chef's special biryani and it was excellent.Will come back if around there.

We did a birthday party catering from shallots for afternoon tea. Chai was superb! Service was good. Happy with the food quality and vegetarian selections.

Amazing food!!! They have Indian as well as Mexican and Italian dishes. Everything tastes very fresh and home made. Highly recommend.
