DONT USE GEM! Gem were subcontracted to spray my new kitchen cabinets with 2 pack, within a week there were multiple chips, scratches and you could peel the paint off with your nail - within a month there were 30+ areas. The paint was very soft and brittle and not performing as it should and not standing up to normal wear. Within a month there were 30+ areas. Gem refused all responsibility and their 'independent' tests came back that nothing was wrong; 3 other painters and the master painters association disagreed. I ended up getting them stripped and resprayed by Diamond Cote (highly recommend) at a cheaper price than Gem charged initially - 4 months later, no issues. George was condescending and patronizing; I can not suggest strongly enough not to use this company, I'd give them zero if I could. Avoid - Avoid - Avoid
