Mike is a really good guy! As people who don’t sell or buy very often, he was there for each step of the campaign. Today , being the TGIF I came to collect my keys for my lease agreement. I wish it was for buying a house, but I am not a millionaire sadly.I was excited and genuinely pumped to receive the keys. The keys even had the elite noel Jones logo. The colors of the company logo are awesome also.The service from Grace was the best ever. The best senior property manager in the market , no pun intended! The awards on the desk are reminiscent of what Noel Jones stands for. The perfect customer service. You feel valued and welcomed for new or existing renters , buyers , investors. You name it. It's a uncommon care that goes a long way.I feel the awards on the noel jones desk were probably employee of the month awards for grace , similar to spongebob square pants and all his awards.The lease agreement is 12 months , so I guess I'll be seeing Noel jones by then and I sure as hope and pray I can prove that I am the best tenant in Australia. I'm going to make my new home sparkle and shine.From the moment I inspected the property, to the moment I signed the rental agreement I felt valued , understood and that I was given full attention to my questions, queries and concerns.This new place is awesome.
