This review is specifically for Sukhi - she is a gem! Always gets my eyebrows done perfectly and on one occasion when I desperately needed to get my brows done right on closing, she stayed behind and made sure she did it for me. She’s a sweetheart! Preethi also always does a fabulous job. I’m particularly fussy about my brows and recommend both these beauticians. Have had other beauticians at this parlour, but they aren’t as good, precise or professional.

Never have I had such a terrible threading job. I have been here multiple times but the lady who threaded my brows yesterday did not listen to anything I told her. I asked to keep the brows thick with just a bit of tidying up and shape at the arch. She ended up making my brows so thin and patchy, I was devastated and so embarrassed when I looked in the mirror. I could not believe what she did to me especially after I gave her very specific instructions. I wish I had waited for Sukhvinder who had a few customers waiting for her services. I'm not sure of the name of the lady I had but she had long straight hair, thin build, in her 40s - avoid her at all costs if you don't want patchy caterpillars for brows!

Please update your trading hours or answer the phone.I drove all the way here because Google says you’re open to 5pm and you’re shut by 4:15pm. You have one beauty therapist who was doing a facial and advised me you always close at 4pm.This is really disappointing and inconvenient especially considering you don’t answer the phone or update your trading hours.

I have been getting my brows threaded for over 10 years and this is the first time I have left a brow parlour with my brows absolutely ruined beyond repair. Last Wednesday, I asked the employee to simply clean up my brows and she completely botched the shape, threaded them unevenly and left bald patches in my brows. Her technique was extremely painful and once I took a look at her work and was mortified, she told me they were already looking like that and I should use an eyebrow pencil. My brows are very low maintenance and I only need to thread them once in 2 weeks for them to look beautiful without any make up. I have NEVER had a beautician tell me that there is nothing they can do to fix my brows and I need to use brow make up. For her to ruin my brows, botch my shape and then suggest that I fix her mistakes with a brow pencil is absolutely appalling. I regret going in. My brows were looking perfectly fine just before. Now I have to wait for them to grow back to the shape and thickness I want because she has ruined it - right before holiday season too. Never going back and never recommending this franchise to anyone ever.

I attended here for my regular monthly eyebrow wax/threading 2 months ago and I was absolutely appalled with the customer service I received, let alone the pain I experienced. The entire time I was getting waxed the lady was on her phone speaking in another language. To me that’s just rude. Minimal engagement with me and on top of that she just didn’t seem to care that she was actually hurting me.I used to go here all the time last year to see a lovely lady (I can’t remember her name) but she was always so lovely and would chat with me.After the last 2 times with horrible experiences I will never go here again. I now go to The Glen to get my waxing/threading done.

Excellent customer service and skill for my eyebrow tidy up today. It's a quiet mall with online ordering only at KMART now, so there's no wait time and Coles is handy too. I love this chain, pricing is consistent and the lady's are always lovely.
