Allan's customer service was by far the best we experienced, which made dealing with him a pleasure.The sample boards we took home showed no wear marks after a few months testing at out front door. Which was amazing considering some boards that were significantly more expensive showed heavy wear.Overall out floors look exceptional, the process was great and I would not hesitate recommending Melbourne Oak Floors to anyone.

The range of products is incredible, and we chosen Olinda Oak which has seamlessly integrated with our home. Allan was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with all our questions and queries. We bought our oak floors through Melbourne Oak Floors. After an extensive search, at least six other retailers, we knew as soon as we entered their premises that they were different. Their showroom is stunning and their range is second to none. Add to that the fantastic customer service from Allan and Romina, it was a very easy decision where we were going to buy our oak floor. From the first appointment with Alan to the post call after installation, we could not have felt more at ease and supported throughout the process. It was a challenging time just before stage 4 restrictions came in to get it done however, Alan was very responsive to the myriad of questions we had and sorted out any problems then and there.Alan is surrounded by a terrific team of trades who are all extremely reliable and totally professional. We are so happy with the end result and feel like we have a brand new house. After visiting a mix of suppliers, Allan had a good mix of product colours/style, customer service and was competitively priced.
