Had to share it here too:Honestly,Probably one of the friendliest staff out.I had trouble with one other storage place around the corner. I needed storage ASAP. Without hesitation or anything they assisted me in getting it organised. Robert, was very helpful in every way. Helped me with getting the right size storage, made my life easier with the move.In saying all that. They are cheap. I recommend using them! There’s no hidden costs and there flexibility is amazing

I have to say it's the best storage out there, Robert was amazingly helpful and accommodating. The site is right next to the freeway exit so access is really easy (also 24/7 access). It's clean, well-lit, well ventilated and secured. Most importantly it's very reasonably priced, so if you are looking for storage in the east, this is definately the best place. Highly highly recommended, can't go wrong!

From the first enquiry the experience has been exceptional. The facility manager, Robert is outstanding. He's customer service and advice is fantastic. Not only recommending the appropriate sized unit for my needs but when it came to moving his recommendation on quality removalists really made the whole process of moving inbetween lockdowns so easy and stress free. Would highly recommend!

Robert and Toni provide some of the best customer service we’ve experienced in a long time. We had an issue with the way a courier delivered our goods and Robert handled the situation perfectly. Treated our items as if they were his own. Highly recommend these guys!

Firstly the customer service, especially Robert who I dealt with is exceptional. Knows the customer needs and suggests the best option and gives the best deal. The storage facilities are also clean, safe and secure. I had my storage unit for 6 months, and the whole experience was seamless.

I rented a storage here and so far the facilities and staff are extremely friendly but until this morning I called for renting a vehicle storage - the guy who were so reluctant to answer my questions and told me and try to call on a work day too!" before he hung up my call . Mate I am sorry to call you on 3rd Jan but if it's not your duty you didn't have to pick up the call and gave me an attitude."

First of all, Rowville Wilson Storage is a clean and well kept facility. It is secure, well lit and you have access 24/7 which is super convenient. Being accessible near to the two freeways helps too, as well as the very reasonable pricing. The real bonus is the amazing customer service they provide. The staff understand your needs/ situation, are super friendly and helpful and create a hassle free experience. Highly recommended and thank you Rowville!
