I can say of all the projects I have done with the new house build watermart has given a AAA service. They showed up on time for the quote and the installation of a quality watering system and came around after hours to explain the system and set up the timing thanks to the young man Dylan for the outstanding customer service I recommend these men to anyone thats looking for a new watering system :)

I feel like I was treated as a fool and a nuisance. I certainly reciprocated the treatment I got and I will avoid going back there at all cost. Orange has a much better shop for irrigation supplies and they happily post and courier me any stuff I need. I bought the DIY install reticulation kit and had to go back 6 times for more parts and explanation of their plan. The unhappy young boy serving should be hidden out the back because he did very little to help me interpret the equipment I purchased and his attitude was arrogant and demeaning.My DIY install is now complete with an extra $420 purchase at Bunnings. At least they don’t pretend to deliver great customer service.

Excellent advice and great service

I live on acres close to town and i am on tank water and on Saturday morning my pump stopped working. Rang Watermart 919am and had a replacement loaner pump fitted by 10am! I was very impressed with rapid response and the after hours call out fee was reasonable and worth every penny. I can use loaner pump while they fix my pump. Couldn't be a better arrangement to get my water on again. Photo is of the loaner pump thats a godsend.

The boys from WaterMart are amazing! We had a major issue with a pump in our cool room which impacted our business dramatically and at 4pm on a Friday afternoon they dropped everything and came a fix the problem. We were so grateful for their fast response and excellent service.

Great service and recommendations over the phone and quick shipping of the requires products. They do understand water and filtration well, that’s for sure.

Very disappointed. Booked a job in for someone to come out to check our pool. After 3 weeks waiting for someone, anyone to contact me, I gave up & went to Town & Country the guy came out the next day. No need to say more.

If you are out of town ... Be aware that this provider charges a per Km rate for their vehicle from their shop to your door, then on top of that the hourly tradesman rate of $ 77 per hour for travel for their staff member and that clocks in from the time they start loading their vehicle to get ready to drive from their shop and stops when the staff member clocks in at their premises in town. And lastly they charge per hour on top of all that for the actual work on site. And they dont tell you until you get the bill. A 20 minute visit cost over $300.The competition in town only charge a per hour rate for their work on site, no travel , no km charges.
