Sunbeam Appointed Service Centre
We have purchased 3 breadmakers from Sunbeam and two of them have broken either just before or just after the one year warranty . It appears that other people have had the same experiences as what we have. Why not make a better quality product or at least offer a longer warranty like vitamix do? When we provide the model no and the code we are not given a replacement because we no longer have the receipt. As we explained we most probably paid cash for the second one that broke down .Each machine had a different model number.

Once was a good service centre but I feel it has changed hands or the owner is in retirement mode. Only available sometimes and then takes a long time. Perhaps it is a case of lack of Sunbeam HO support who might see it easier to replace than repair.So, it’s landfill and buy a new replacement which may not be as good.Be that as it may and probably reservicing by Sunbeam HO is not their criteria, here is a business that has given up on service. Eventually it has been made redundant.That may be why the service is so hap hazard and difficult to deal with. Sadly this is a business on its way out.

Sunbeam Appointed Service Centre
Had a Sunbeam Espresso machine sent here by a local store for warranty repair or write off. It has now been a month, the machine has been returned to the store as unrepairable and the local store hasn't received the written report and therefore can't process the warranty claim. Tried calling this business directly and no answer.

It's shut down and they didn't update their new location and unfortunately there was only a sign which tells you their number and I called them couple of times but no response at all.
