I find this practice gives excellent service. Very caring towards the animals they treat. Always give me valuable advice when I go there for treatment of my dogs.

I have a new puppy and i went to them to get vaccinated. When I first got in there the receptionist told me to pick up my puppy inside because sometimes there is dogs with parvo in there. So I did, and went and got the exam done by the vet, and when I came out with the vet she argued with me about saying to pick up my dog. They overweighed my puppy by about 4kg and only gave her a quick check and shoved me out the door. I told them I will be leaving the area soon so I'd like to get two bravecto's and they also sold me worming tablets. It wasn't until I got home and after her sleeping all afternoon (which is unusual) I called the vet after hours to ask if it was normal. They wouldn't tell me much over the phone all they wanted me to do was pay for a call out fee.It was only then that I realized that she isn't the weight they said and that all the bravecto and worming tablets I got were completely wrong. When I confronted them about it they blamed me and said I was holding the dog on the scales, which just isn't true because the nurse weighed her and I was no where near her.Not once did they accept responsibility for what they did nor even apologize. And the receptionist was rude to other customers while I was in there.Seems like all they want is your money and their care factor is straight out the door. Such a shame because my parents have been taking their dog there for a while and after this experience none of us are ever going back.

Love these vets. Very honest and friendly, so good with animals. They won't do procedures your pet doesn't need just to get as much money out of you as possible. They will be honest and are caring in their approach to your pet and understanding of how much your pet means to you. Their prices are not over inflated like many others. Your pets are very well taken care of here.

I went here because they do cold laser treatment for dogs. It’s a solid 40 mins drive from my house but well worth it. Would 100% recommend to anyone.

On several occasions this year my Mum has had to take me to visit the wonderful team at Moruya Animal Hospital. Each time my Mum had to trick me into getting into the car, which usually means I'm going somewhere I don't like! I had to be very brave because I don't like the car or the smells inside the clinic and I always end up a trembling, shivering, dribbling mess. Not pretty! But the Team came out and gave me lots of cuddles and the reassuring voices helped a little to calm me down.Like most, I don't like needles and found it a bit uncomfortable when I was led outside on several occasions to provide a wee sample (how embarrassing!) but the nurse was very encouraging and gentle.Now I'm on the mend, loving my new diet, avoiding bees and wasps (they're NASTY) and have lots of energy to do my favorite pastime....rolling in fresh ibis poo!! Love all the staff. Couldn't find a more compassionate team. I have been dealing with Kerry and her team for nearly 9 years now just can't speak highly enough of them.

Everyone we know goes here. Kerry is fantastic and caring, as are the rest of the staff. They are taking great care of our cat, Chicken, who's a bit of a complex case.

Excellent and caring as always.

Kerry amd the team sorted out Bella's skin issues after many attempts by other vets .Bella is now back to her awesome self feeling better inside and out .Can't thank you enough
