Service Express

Unfortunately had to use the services twice within a month. The first was on holidays and was able to drop off myself and collect. The second I was home in Cairns and had to send back to Melbourne, everything was made so easy with pick up and delivery by an extremely professional team lead by Daniel, who has the best customer service skills and attitude to really take the pain out of two very frustrating mishaps. Well done Daniel and your team.

Big mistake trusting this repair company with my business computer. 5 weeks ago, it was sent for a minor repair under warranty (touch screen was not responsive.) 2 weeks later we called to check on the progress, we were advised the screen was smashed and not covered by warranty. We requested photos as the screen was in perfect condition on departure. The photos they sent were clearly not our unit, the packaging was not ours and the con note displayed did not match ours. When we pointed this out, they located the correct con note, cut around it and then sticky taped it to their own box, took another photo and sent us that. We figured that surely this could be solved by confirming the serial number of the unit they were claiming was ours, but after 2 further weeks they were unable to provide any serial number. Many phone calls and emails later we were provided with another photo of an entirely different screen with even worse damage. They now claimed that this was our computer but again could not confirm the serial number of this unit or explain how the black all-in-one unit that we sent had mysteriously become a white all-in-one unit once in their possession. If our unit was genuinely damaged Service Express would be able to provide proof of this which leads us to believe they have lost the unit and are not willing to take any responsibility for their error. Service Express - you have offered neither service or an express manner of delivering it.

Sent the phone off for repair that was easy enough. They repair the phone which had an issue with the screen was unusable. The phone has come back in worse condition. The phone casing doesn't appear to be sealed as it was when it was sent. The chassis seem to flex now when you push down on it. Average repair job in my opinion. They use StarTrack as their logistics vendor. The phone was never arrived after repair. I had to follow up with StarTrack myself as to the whereabouts of the phone. They delivered it to the wrong address and never contacted me. Once they clarified the address it was still going to take another 2 business days to reach me. Service Express + StarTrack = Terrible experience.

Will never deal with this company again first time sent my laptop in for repair came back not fully fixed sent it back still not fixed to high standard and sent me back a different laptop as the Serail number did not match the one I orginal purchased which I didn't discover until I needed to make a new claim through flexi rent sent it off again to be repaired for it to only be sent back in a worse condition then it was when I sent it not impressed will never ever purchase through felxirent again or have anything fixed through service express again very poor costumer service and can not contact

sent laptop to fix speaker problem 3 mths. later got it back with hard drive problem could not load backup got it back 2 mths. later hard drive fixed but original speaker problem still there. No confidence to send back again worst ever service. Turned off dealing with Dell

Worst service ever, incompetent no communication. Flexirent need to ditch these as soon as possible to salvage their own reputation. Drone took 6 weeks and still would not work when it was sent back with missing parts and the wrong board installed.

Have been waiting for delivery of a new laptop for more than three weeks now. Have been given tracking numbers on two occasions but the courier companies have not received a dispatch request to pick up the jobs. Not good service when working and learning from home.

NOT IMPRESSED! Website support page does not work. No phone numbers on their website. When I call quoting a reference number provided by Harvey Norman I am told I need a consignment note number, sort of understandable. When I call Harvey Norman Erina I'm told that does not seem right and they've offered to call. I'm not impressed with the way my repair to a critical tool was handled by Harvey Norman or its agents.

what a joke. no phone number, and when you hunt one down through Harvey Norman, the respond with we don't answer calls, email us...how is that appropriate. Wont ever use flexi rent again or Harvey Norman again as this is there preferred repair place..

The worst company to deal with. They couldn't find the fault on my tablet when I could prove the fault via video footage. It took them four weeks, and many, many phone calls and unanswered emails to finally get a result that should have taken 24hours. Wasted my time and theirs. I hope I never have to deal with their incompetence again.
