I am currently completing my CPLH training at Aerostar Aviation. All the staff that work there are incredibly helpful and friendly. The instructors I have flown with are both patient and informative which has seen my growth as a student pilot grow exponentially. Becoming a helicopter pilot has been a dream for quite sometime now and I'm very happy to have found Aerostar to help me achieve my licence.

Mathan took my wife and I for a scenic flight down the coast, and back via the city. Beautiful warm afternoon, smooth conditions. Was a great experience with a stellar & diligent pilot. Well worth a visit.

Rawnsley Park Station in the Flinders Ranges is a jaw dropping location. Matt just made the experience just that much better with his knowledge of the area and all the time we knew we were in safe hands. He is an excellent chopper pilot. Get a different perspective on Wilpena Pound get into the air it’s awesome.

I approached Aerostar to conduct a flight review in my own aircraft. Aerostar were very welcoming and accommodating to my desire to use my own aircraft and very friendly. Philip Rawlins who conducted my check flight was highly experiences and approachable as an instructor. was not unrealistic in checking and provided valuable advice.

I had my first ever helicopter flight over Wilpena Pound recently. Matt was my pilot. His confidence, lovely manner and obvious abilities enabled me to relax and enjoy the experience. His extensive knowledge of the history and geology of Wilpena Pound and Rawnsley Station, impressed me. I loved my flight, and having Matt as pilot was a major contributing factor. Thanks.

I booked a scenic flight for the 23rd of May with Aerostar as a present for my wife's 75th birthday. We took off from Parafield, flew along the sea front to Noalunga, cut across to Victor Harbor and flew along the coast before returning to Parafield via Strathalbyn, Woodside and Lobethal. We were in the air for about an hour and a half and the weather while overcast was very calm. We had great views the whole way; our pilot Sandeep was very friendly and the whole trip is one that we will talk about fondly for years to come. Thank you Aerostar.

Fantastic flying school. Excellent instructors, great modern aircraft that are in excellent condition. Best coffee machine in parafield. Parafield is a fantastic training airport to fly out of, to learn the complexities of a real towered and double runway airport.
