We’re very happy with the work that has been done on our property. Kane is professional and friendly, and his team completed the work on our sloping block in a timely manner, for an affordable price. We would highly recommend Rigid Landscapes, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We approached Kane with an urgent job to landscape a commercial site for a public relations event that we had extremely short notice of. Kane and his team worked the weekend and a public holiday to achieve an outstanding result given the time constraints. three seasons on the plants are all still thriving and the watering system is still working fine.

This would be the most unprofessional experience I have ever had!After one year of planning with Kane, a 100k job he literally decided as we are getting handover of our keys to our completed house 'we weren't going to be a good fit'Seriously what a joke, he was concerned that I was going to be too particular as I provided a detailed landscape plan from day 1.I had made changes through our planning and added items to the scope and also decided to remove items from the scope to invest more cash into the landscaping.I excluded the concreting from the scope to save approx 10k and re-allocate the savings in his work, I asked him to work in with the trade and he basically cracked it and said he doesn't want to be 'project managed' and he only cared about 'his' work. Comes across as a spoiled brat.Mate .. We are the customer, if you want to project manage the 'build' become a registered landscaper.He had the nerve to suggest it was harsh and unreasonable I wanted a full refund for a deposit. He did refund the funds timely.He left us high and dry at the very last minute and over to months on we are finally getting some movement from our landscaping but extremely delayed.

My husband and I could not recommend Kane and his team enough. Two years ago we embarked on designing the front of our house along side a landscape architect. We sat on those plans from then to now, waiting for the right landscaper to come along and construct our vision. We can honestly say; it was worth the wait stumbling across Kane about 6 months ago whilst he was working on a neighbour’s house in our street.The degree of detail, passion and work ethic that Kane delivers is phenomenal. He has truly transformed our house, the before and after photos say it all, it looks amazing.I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed with Rigid Landscapes, he went above and beyond on our job and we will most certainly be using him again and recommending to anyone in the market looking for a landscaper.

The service is second to none, Kane is professional, innovative and friendly - the paving, grass and garden beds are top quality, and his team were able to complete the work within a tight timeframe. We have recommended Rigid to our friends and family and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
