Terrible to deal with...Full of excuses and its always someone else fault!They delay as much as possible for small business support&Rude....I've contacted the ombudsman about this GOVERNMENT funded network provider...DO NOT USE THEM!!

This company came to me, an employer for 23 years , promising the world. I was concerned that they were placing young inexperienced people into roles that they were not capable of. I realised that we were paying a reasonable hourly rate and the employee / trainee was being paid alot less. More importantly we were not happy with a receptionist and without our consent they dismissed her on the day we raised our concerns. By chance I discovered that at 7pm that night that the next day I had no receptionist. I then had to employ a temp at twice the rate. I refused to pay the last weeks wages but they still want the money etc. Efforts via email to the company re the last weeks wages have had poor responce times but as we are now not a client what would you expect.

Stay away from these people. They advertise asking people to apply for Microsoft Traineeship only to send them an email an hour later that they are no longer available. I think their main purpose is life people into doing certificate e and get government funding and this Microsoft traineeship is used as a bait. Hope someone’s complaints to ASQA about this practice.

Very very poor service.

This people wasted my time and my money and I kept my apprentice more then 6 months and I filled out many forms for my claim $1.5K and sent to them but each time they gave me different excuse and finally they didn't pay me any penny.

At the front the receptionist was very helpful with my brother's paperwork. Keep up with the great job!

For a Service Training business i would have thought that their staff would be efficient in business relations. I feel bitterly disappointed in my experience with their staff.But dont upset them otherwise they will take to social media and try to hurt your business

These guys are hopeless, we have used before for our business but now you cant call them NO ANSEWR, NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL REPLY.DO NOT USE!!! Very frustrating.
