AQ BIKE - NOT E-BIKE SHOP

I’ve been meaning to share this review for a while. I take my Orbea to Frank whenever it needs a service or work. He knows bikes inside out is genuine in his approach and happy to spend the time to help you understand. I trust him with my bike and have no issue recommending him to others. Above all Frank is friendly and always makes you feel welcome. Thanks Frank!

AQ bike is the best shop going. Local, two young guys with the experience to make a go of it.Frank dropped everything to fix my B.B.Another guy came in as a new customer and Alex did the same thing. None of this “come back next week” or “leave it here and pick it up in a week”. You can watch them at work while they impart their extensive bike knowledge without being elitist. Frank is a walking encyclopedia and works like he rides - fast! Alex’s calm, relaxed nature inspires confidence and is a contrast to Frank but they work well as a team.Goods in store are all the best brands and I was surprised just how competitive all products were priced.These guys rock!!!

I bought a bike and start riding without a proper bike fit. It hurts my knee. Then I had Frank did the bike fit for me with a reasonable price. It is magic, after few weeks rest, I can ride more without any issues.I am amazed by his bike knowledge.Thanks Frank for get me back on the road to enjoy the ride again. I will going back for sure.

Frank and Alex are very experienced mechanics who do quality work and freely offer their professional advice. The shop offers top name brand parts and accessories that are very reasonably priced. Frank serviced my racing wheels, straight and true, and fitted me for a new ultra light pair of Lake shoes. AQ Bike offers quality products and service, highly recommended.

I took my road bike to Frank for a bike fit and could not be happier. Frank does bike fits before the shop opens which means that you get his full attention. He was very knowledgeable and lovely to work with. The end result is that I am so much happier on my bike. And the cost was much less than other specialist fitters. This is my new bike shop. I'll be back for servicing and for my next bike. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

I’ve had a couple experiences with dealing with Frank and Alex now; big fan of their ethos and workmanship. They’ve serviced one of my roadies and helped with making mods to my single speed. Great to have a LBS who are knowledgeable, skilled and genuine people. Also, if you are after a Cannondale or Ridley bike, I would strongly advise purchasing one through them. You would certainly be happy with their after-sales service.

Frank loves bikes. He does a lot of research, tests various ideas and parts and has extensive experience on best practice. Expensive bikes are complicated and it is easy to ask AQ Bike for advice.
