Consumers beware. It might not be safe to leave your phone unlocked and on at Phone Phix Clarendon! I had my phone fixed there about 10 days ago - it was fixed - and when I ran a search yesterday, I found someone has run a search for password manager, which holds all my passwords. I made a cyber crime report this morning and when I called the phone number on the receipt to let them know, a 'Zac' answered. He denied everything and hung up on me without even saying that he would look into it.

They replaced the screen on my samsung s21 for me quickly but failed to tell me that they used a different colour to the original. I have the white phone and they used a replacement screen for the black one so it looks mismatched and will affect resale value.I went back when I noticed this (it was hidden under my phone cover until I checked) and said they'd order the right colour and replace it but after I followed up several times they eventually just stopped responding to me. I'd rather pay a bit more for good service. I won't be back.

Very friendly staff with great services at reasonable price. They are really efficient and polite. Everytime I had a problem, they always had a soultion and did everything at timely manner. I am really happy with the service and would definitely recommend!

My phone screen was coming off - detaching from the phone. Took it in and the guy said he will fix it with the machine specially designed to reseal the screen. It will cost about $50 and will take a couple of hours. I said I'll bring it in when I can spare it for a couple of hoursI took it in a couple of days later. Picked it up and it had sticky tape holding down what appeared to be a bit of glue crudely applied around the screen. I was told to 'leave the sticky tape on for 24 hours'. I asked why it wasn't fixed with the specialised machine. He said that machine is only for phone refurbishment". Still charged $50.Complete rip-off. Totally unprofessional repair job. Take your phone elsewhere."

These guys are great! they have helped me fix my smashed screen and are always able to fix it as new. Definitely recommend this guys, Polite, Friendly and Accommodating.
