Staff member behind the desk was half a sleep. I mean show some respect and customer service and get up off your chair and explain types of rocks you have and where to locate them instead of sitting down like a slob and not giving a care in the world.Go to Big Rock Building & garden supplies in Bayswater and they will teach you customer service

I called a number of rock suppliers for a small number of rocks for an urban garden. Most ghosted me after finding out I didn't want a large order. Rocks Plus were clear that for delivery I'd need a larger order and that I'd have to pick up. So I did. I really appreciated the clear, direct communication and the simple pick up. A few rocks in the back of the truck and off I went and the gardens now look great. Thanks!
