I've been training at Progressive BJJ for 5 years. This club is fantastic to train at, great people and great teachers. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or anyone looking for a great club to learn some great Jiu Jitsu

This is a really great club. Instructors are serious guys but easy to get along with and top notch trainers. The kids class is particularly excellent. Great balance of fun and discipline and the right amount of pushing. The kids love it but it's not everyone-gets-a-prize, which means it's meaningful and rewarding when they progress.

Great culture. Various classes to choose from. Those who put effort in - get results. Competitions clearly show the skill and submission focused techniques. Trainers and peers look after you and give feedback.
