We are very happy that we downsized to this town house in Pearce. It has been renovated to a high standard which means we can just enjoy living here. We recently purchased a property with Independent Group. Our Sales Managers were Adrian Stroh and image of Karen BrillBoth did an excellent job from the start to the finish. They were kind polite and considerate. Answered our calls and resolved all queries on time. Karen has been extremely charming and gentle in her dealings with us, but I also noticed she was so kind to the sellers as well. There was such a wonderful and pleasing balance. Adrian on the other hand amazing! full of energy and spirit makes you feel so important from the start. He even went out of the way to drop the keys and a huge gift for us on the day of settlement. All in all, they just know how to make a customer feel special. Keep up the good work guys!!! It’s really rare these days.
