Good selection and price and originally guy was helpful and said he would help get it in my car but when i went back (needed to consult partner and bring car round) and he got the one down i was interested in it had a stain on the bottom/back and when i asked what it was and where it come from the response i got was dont worry about that you wont see it, i asked again what it was and again got told same thing. If theres a stain on the back something has obviously been spilt on it but guy just kept telling me not to worry and you wont see that side, not the point mate, and then after i got the one i wanted he rolled it up without checking what car i had after saying he would look and see what would work best to help fit it in, i paid and he just left it there without anything further and not assisting to take it out and put in my car at all. Overall dissapointing service

Largest selection of hand made and machine made rugs so many beautiful hand made rugs it was hard to pick just one, I will definitely be back to get more, best prices and best quality hand made rugs I couldn't believe I could get a hand made piece of art for that price, the staff also really know there stuff so any questions I had were quickly answered and the guys are really friendly so made me feel at ease knowing i was buying from people who have been dealing in rugs for over 30 years. thank you rug word

At the back of the shops, good selection and great prices. Really nice welcome from Ahmed who wasn't pushy but good at helping us when needed. Got a great quality carpet from him. Very happy with the service.
