Everyone there is the most helpful dude in the world. I had a lot of stupid questions as a new guitarist and they all went above and beyond to help me, and explain things so I could understand.I've been to quite a few music shops, and honestly, if you need anything, or just wanna test stuff out and ask questions, trust me, go here!

I've been coming to this store for about 15 years and Gary is an awesome guy with great customer service. However, these days I won't be going there anymore to get my strings. Every single time time I do so, there is someone in front of me in the line with a list of 1000 things they need to do, and there is one person serving at the counter. Either that or the person serving proceeds to have a 30 minute to discussion with the customer about vague guitar related issues while I wait just wanting to do a 1 minute transaction. I simply want to get my strings and go, and give my service to the shop. You need to have someone serving people for quick transactions, or have the sense to do a quick transaction and come back to the other customer, after. This has happened way too much and I don't have time to wait 30 minutes every time I want to purchase strings.
