Great service - they replaced both struts which were cracked and identified where annoying rattle was coming from (cap on front shock absorber) - 2008 Mitsubishi Pajero 203837 kms. Very impressed and highly recommend them.

From the start it was a complete shambles from original diagnosis to folow up service with problems still apparent from these guys not fully not using new parts but old worn parts from original 2010 year model. Nothing but fob off , excuses that change by the day and being left in the hands of the workshop mechanic who apparently cant contact the owner / manager to discuss the lingering issues. It has now cost me excessively a lot more to get problems retified by third parties because of their inaction.Absoloutley no confidence now in them even if they came to the party after this review.

On a recent trip to Fraser/K’gari, I had a new shocky decide to give way on me on day 2!! I hadn’t bought it from Fraser Coast Fulcrum but still managed to get me a replacement sent over the next day. Local knowledge is awesome and the service second to none. If only other businesses had half the service quality these guys do.

I haven't used these guys for actual services and fitting, however I have purchased virtually all my Navaras suspension components from them to fit up myself. They are great to deal with and honestly say I have never had a quote which has beaten their prices for supply of suspension components. Would use again and highly recommend.

The team did a stellar job. On their advice we had new rear springs and airbags fitted to our Ford Territory that is towing a 2 tonne van. The vehicles dynamics have been transformed, towing is now a delight rather than a chore. No more clanging, banging heavy WDH to worry about. Going back for new rear shocks, and after this fabulous review they might do a deal on fitting a pump for the airbags ss well. I can only hope...
