Not Happy JanWent to pick up a cat Carrier yesterday afternoon for an urgent trip to Sandstone Point Vets as I couldn't find the front grill for mine.Our Beautiful Rescue Cat Smokey Girl has been a patient of Craig's since the 1st Of December 2013 & we have always been treated respectfully until yesterday - Craig would be looking down so disappointed -

Great store we purchase a bark suppression collar a week ago ( citronella spray ) and yesterday it failed to work properly we took it back today and they quickly changed it no problems at all . Some of the bigger stores should take note it's all about customer service and this store has it all . Some of the items might be a fraction dearer than the big chains and super markets but none can match the friendly smiles,great advice and first class service we get here. Well done bribie pets
