This is the first time I have used M&M. My regular termite inspector has retired. The office called the day before to give a time frame as to when the inspection would occur. Rob made the inspection. He was courteous and preformed the inspection without any fuss. After a very comprehensive sweep of the house, inspecting all areas inside and out, he gave a clean bill of health. Rob arrived on time and left everything as he found it after he had completed his work.

We have been unlucky and our home has been affected by bed bugs, termites and infested with cockroaches in the last 3 years. M&M Termite and Pest Control have treated our household on each occasion and our pets were not affected at all (Fish, Dogs & Birds). Poor service and half done job. It was my second timecalling them for pest spray and refused to spray on the first floor windows( which they did last year). Called the office and they said will give a call back to sort things out and asked to make the payment.we payed but they never called back and the job is half done. Really bad experience last week and wont be using them again.
