Three Little Butchers
This has to be the best butchery in Lismore. Last month their rib fillet special was the most marbled, tender rub fillet I've ever eaten. Today, lamb loin on a special and it's some of the nicest lamb I've seen in a long time. About to tuck into a standing short loin roast. Bought a ham hock and bacon bones, all smoked on the premises. Meatiest bacon bones and ham hock, and the bacon looks the goods, also done here. Can't wait to try the pork sausages. Super friendly service, easy parking. Highly recommend these guys, and girls.

I went to this butcher and purchased a variety of meats. The lady that served was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have so far tried the smoked bacon and found it was the best bacon I have ever tasted. Although it was a little more expensive than the major supermarkets I think the extra was well worth it. If you want the best, it costs a little extra.I was recommended this butcher from a friendly girl at the local Gloria Jeans and I would highly recommend giving this butcher a go.

First time customer on Saturday. Smoked ham as good as I have had. Sirloin steaks and crumbed lamb chops outstanding! Dog mince and bones terrific value & quality! Great friendly service. I will be back every week!

Despite three metres of flood water going through the shop the same smiling faces are back, determined to still be the..Best butchers in Lismore.. great range of delicious meats, sausages, ready made curries, satays and pies plus chicken enchiladas and other tasty snack foods and sauces.. staff are super friendly and helpful.. paying is no problem, cash or tap your card.

My new favourite butcher in Lismore. Their pre-made stir-frys in particular are amazing, let alone the quality of their meats.You'll be seeing a lot of me now that I have some semblance of a kitchen and a BBQ after the floods.Thankyou for opening up again.
