I have been looking for the perfect Iai dojo for a few years now, and I think this one comes pretty close. Specialising in Iai and Jo (the Japanese arts of Katana and staff), the trainers are friendly and knowledgeable with decades of experience both here and abroad. Classes are small and intimate with amazing teacher to student ratio with plenty of time dedicated to the history of the sport. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels and a brilliant way to center and calm the mind while learning an art with origins dating back 100's of years (and learning some Japanese language in the process) I look forward to training here for many years to come
